It all started with herbs!

 

I wasn't well and everything was an incredible effort. My quality of life was not what I had hoped for. I was only in my twenties!

I had studied about plants at university, so when a family friend mentioned herbs to us, it made sense.  Whole foods called herbs, helped me regain my health. 

 

I was excited about how much better I felt and continued studying so that I could understand how herbs work with our bodies and I wanted to share with others. If I could feel so much better, then I knew others could too. 

​

Next, I  was determined to find the best way to pinpoint the root cause(s) of a person's symptoms and then develop a specific program to fit their needs. That led me to Iridology and Contact Reflex Analysis.

Over the last 36+ years, I've seen many health improvements within our own family, our friends and clients.
